Extreme Ultra Leak Stop - 1/4 + 5/16 SAE - 6ml

Extreme Ultra by Errecom is a leak-stop additive for air conditioning and refrigeration systems that permanently repairs refrigerant leaks up to 0.3 mm. The product is added once to the operating system, after which it circulates with the refrigerant to the leak site and seals the opening. The polymer-free formula does not react chemically with other system components and is safe for all common systems in commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Permanent Effect Without System Downtime

The most common causes of refrigerant leaks are porous welds, vibration-related wear on couplings, and corrosion caused by acid formation within the system. Extreme Ultra works by bonding with the existing materials: the product nests within the leak opening and forms a durable seal while the system continues to operate. The repair time depends on the size and shape of the opening.

Installation, Maintenance and Applications

Extreme Ultra is suitable for use in split, multisplit, chiller, heat pump, refrigerated display cabinets, and vehicle air conditioning systems. The additive is added once via the service port or the liquid side of the system. No further maintenance steps or system cleaning are required after addition. The product is available in an injectable 6 ml syringe as well as a larger bottle for multiple applications.
