The Ergovent flush-mount frameless linear grille of 1050 mm is a linear ventilation grille specially designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Puzzle creates minimalist, subtle slots in the surface, making it hardly noticeable and seamlessly integrated into the interior design. The ventilation grille is designed for flexible plastic duct systems with a connection diameter of 75 or 90 mm.

Installation of the Ventilation Grille

The Lineo Pro Puzzle is mounted onto plasterboard profiles and can be connected to form longer, continuous ventilation slots. The puzzle system effortlessly clicks the segments together, ensuring a neat, invisible joint. For proper adhesion, it is important to first dust off the surface and any joints. To prevent cracking in the finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the grille. After this, a primer can be applied to the areas to be plastered. Following surface treatment, grille installation, and connection of the duct system, the entire assembly is finished and painted in the same colour as the ceiling for a sleek, seamless appearance. The Lineo Pro Puzzle has a fixed length of 1050 mm and can be extended by connecting multiple Lineo Pro Puzzle grilles, connectors, or corner pieces. Duct connections or covers are attached at a 45-degree angle to the rear.

To adapt the linear grille for 90 mm, simply install the two supplied connector pieces. This can be done quickly and easily with just a screwdriver.

Operation

The Lineo Pro Puzzle comes standard with an integrated air control damper at the rear. After installation, this damper can be easily adjusted using a hex key, allowing precise regulation of the airflow per room—without the need for separate valves. The damper is suitable for both supply and exhaust air, making the grille compatible with mechanical ventilation systems.
