Econox Eco Pair Plus Decentralised HRV Unit SG-ERV-150 White

The Eco Pair Plus decentralised HRV unit features a reversible DC motor supported by EC technology. The fan is distinguished by its low energy consumption and quiet operation. The fan motor includes built-in thermal protection and ball bearings for an extended service life. The unit recovers heat from the exhaust air to subsequently preheat or cool the supply air stream. The ceramic regenerator is treated with an antibacterial coating to prevent bacterial growth inside. Besides the white version, a black version is also available.

F7 Air Filter

Two integrated pre-filters and an F7 air filter come standard to filter both supply and exhaust air. The filters prevent dust and insects from entering the supply air and contaminating the fan components. The filters are also treated with an antibacterial agent. They can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner or by rinsing with water. This antibacterial treatment is not removed by cleaning.

Energy-Efficient Operation

The fan operates in heat recovery mode and can save over 30% energy compared to a standard exhaust fan. The heat recovery efficiency of the Eco Pair Plus decentralised HRV unit can reach up to 97% when the air initially enters the unit. It recovers energy within the space, reducing the heating system load during winter. The unit is also an excellent choice for summer: it recaptures heat and humidity during ventilation, thereby reducing the cooling system’s load in warmer months.

Free-Cooling

The Eco Pair Plus is equipped with an intelligent Free-Cooling feature—an automatic bypass that directs fresh outside air inside when outdoor conditions are favourable. This allows for natural night cooling and enhanced comfort, entirely automatically and energy-efficiently, without manual intervention. The Free-Cooling feature does not involve a manually operated damper but is automatically activated under suitable outdoor temperatures.

Control Options

The HRV unit can be controlled in various ways, including:

Button: The unit has several buttons allowing you to turn it on/off and adjust speed and modes.
Remote Control: Multiple units can be operated remotely. Speed, modes, and indicator lights can be adjusted via the remote.
Wi-Fi: The unit can be controlled remotely using an app. Besides virtually all settings being adjustable through the app, you can also monitor energy consumption.
