The Econox ceiling diffuser made of steel is a square supply and exhaust grille designed for installation in suspended ceilings. Thanks to the round air outlet with an aerodynamically shaped rear side, the diffuser ensures an even 360° air distribution across the ceiling (Coanda effect), preventing draughts. This grille is suitable for offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces, and can handle temperature differences up to 12 °C below room temperature without compromising comfort.

Practical Information

The ceiling diffuser is manufactured from galvanised steel and powder coated in RAL 9010, 9016, or 9005. The air connection features an EPDM seal for an airtight installation. The diffuser can be connected to a round air duct with a diameter of 160 mm.

Installation and Applications

The ceiling diffuser is mounted in a standard 595x595 mm suspended ceiling by simply placing it into the T-grid. The round connection with a diameter of 160 mm at the rear is directly connected to the air duct or a flexible ducting. Additionally, it is possible to connect this ceiling diffuser to the Econox acoustically insulated plenum to achieve even air distribution and effective sound attenuation.
