The combination of the insulated plenum and the aluminium linear diffuser with four adjustable blade patterns forms a complete set for silent, uniform air supply in spaces where comfortable, draught-free air distribution is desired, such as large office buildings, shopping centres, auditoriums, and other commercial projects with high ventilation demands. The linear diffuser is made from extruded aluminium in RAL 9005; the plenum is constructed from galvanized steel with sound-absorbing insulation. Both components are precisely matched and function as a single unit: the plenum evenly distributes the supply air along the entire 2000 mm slot length, while the diffuser optimally allocates the airflow throughout the space via four adjustable deflector profiles. With four slots, this linear diffuser combines the highest capacity in the series with the draught-free air distribution characteristic of the Econox system. Thanks to the Coanda effect, the air spreads along the ceiling without draughts, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate within the occupied zone.

Installation and Applications

The linear diffuser is mounted from below onto the plenum using the supplied galvanized mounting bridge. For connection, the air intake deflector is rotated 90°, after which the diffuser is simply fixed from underneath onto the plenum. The plenum then connects to the ventilation duct via a circular connection. Thanks to its compact installation height, the set fits in ceilings with limited free space. After installation, the diffuser blades can be adjusted manually for horizontal or vertical airflow direction. This set is suitable for offices, retail spaces, schools, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial buildings.
