New regulations for MVHR filters: ISO16890
Since August 2018, the filter standard has changed. The quality of the filters is no longer indicated by G3, M5, or F7 but by the new ISO16890 standard. With this new standard, the quality of MVHR filters can be indicated much more accurately, providing greater clarity for the customer. The new regulations specify the following values per filter:
Codumé HRU 2 / 3 MVHR filters should be replaced at least twice a year to optimize air quality and the operation of the ventilation system. Replace the filter by removing the old one and simply placing the new filter in its position.
These filters are designed for single use and cannot be cleaned. To maintain good air quality and an efficiently operating system, it is important to regularly replace the filters once they are saturated with dirt and dust.
