Are all products always in stock?
All the products we offer in our webshop are normally in stock. In the unlikely event that an item has just been sold out, we can usually deliver the item within a few working days. If this delivery time does not suit you, we will refund the purchase amount to you free of charge within the statutory period of 14 days. Of course, we will make every effort to be accommodating in these exceptional situations.
What is the delivery time of the products?
Most products you order from us on working days before 15:30 are delivered within two working days. See current and possibly different delivery times on the product pages. For more information see our page about delivery times. We also deliver on Saturdays. Please note: large deliveries may not be sent with PostNL, but with our own carrier. They do NOT deliver on Saturdays.
What does it cost to ship? And how are the products shipped?
For orders above £50, we ship for free throughout the United Kingdom. For orders under £50, you pay just £5.95 in shipping costs. Our products are mainly shipped by PostNL. Large shipments on, for example, multiple pallets are delivered by our own transporters. We will inform you personally.
I want my purchase immediately, can I pick it up?
Unfortunately it is not possible (yet) to pick up your order at our warehouse.
