Sorry! We are very sorry, we didn't mean to do this. In this case, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to help you so that you get the right product as soon as possible.
Unfortunately this is not possible. Would you like a different product? Then you can return your product free of charge and place a new order yourself.
I'm sure you understand that we are unable to return some products and services. These include:
• Custom made products such as grids or products with a mixed colour choice, these are non-stock items manufactured to order in accordance with customers' specific requirements and are therefore not eligible as returns
• Vouchers/coupon codes
You can register your return within 90 days after you have received your order. After that you have another 14 days to return the product free of charge. We find it important to receive the product in its original condition and undamaged, so we can make someone else happy! Therefore, please look at the product as you would in the shop and pack the product carefully before returning it. Check this page for further return conditions.
Should you nevertheless wish to cancel or return your order, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days after you have informed us. If there are traces of use on the goods, then there may be a reduction in value.
