Electric heater for circular duct, Ø100mm, power 300W
Circular duct heaters are intended for installation in ventilation systems where it is necessary to increase the temperature of the air supplied to or to maintain it at a constant level. The pipes are made of galvanized steel and the heating elements of stainless steel. The round tube heaters are made in such a way to be directly connected to ventilation ducts. The factory-fitted sealing rubbers ensure an airtight seal of the duct. The circular duct heaters can be installed as pre-heating or as post-heating, e.g. in ventilation systems with a heat exchanger. When installed as a pre-heater between the outside air inlet and the heat exchanger inlet, it fulfils the function against freezing. As a secondary heater, it is installed behind the fresh air outlet of the heat exchanger. The circular duct heaters can also be installed as zone heaters for heating selected zones in a particular room. The external terminal box contains the terminal strip and the overheating protection. The overheating protection is a system of two thermostats. The first thermostat is a temperature limiter with automatic reset that switches off at +60°C. The other thermostat is a manual temperature limiter that comes into operation at +90°C (once in operation, this device must be reset manually). The electric fan heater is equipped with EPDM gaskets at the connection ends. The heater can be installed in a vertical or horizontal duct, regardless of the direction of air flow. The electric fan heater is suitable for external temperature controller and PULSER controller. Note: When selecting an electric duct heater, please note that the air temperature supplied should not exceed 40°C. The minimum airflow rate across the electric flue heater should be 1.5 m/s.
