Ruck catering roof fan for kitchen extraction up to 120°C

The Ruck catering roof fan metal (DVN EC series) has a vertical discharge direction. This roof fan is suitable for extraction of air up to 120 degrees Celsius, making it very suitable for catering extraction. The catering fan has an economical EC motor, which means it consumes less energy. The fan also has a motor outside the air stream and an integrated grease drain tray with extraction.

The catering roof fan vertical has built-in temperature control to prevent burn out. The metal roof fan is mounted directly on a Ruck roof socket (DSF series) or a sound-insulated plinth silencer (DSS series). In addition, the roof fan is equipped with rearward curved vanes and blows the air straight up (vertically). The advantages of this are that the fan has a higher efficiency, a lower power consumption and a lower noise level at higher pressure differences. The Ruck DVN EC series for catering extraction is available with capacities ranging from 2360m3/h up to 7240m3/h.

Tips to reduce your energy bills with good ventilation
Tips to reduce your energy bills with good ventilation
Energy prices are skyrocketing, and decesion have to be made between eating or heating. It is time to make our homes more sustainable and thus save energy. In summer, our homes use less energy than in winter. In summer you are outside more often and the heating does not have to be switched on. In winter, we often keep the windows closed to keep the heat in, but unfortunately that is when the problems arise. There is no fresh air coming into our well insulated houses. The lack of fresh air leads to high CO2 levels, which in turn leads to various health complaints.
