Duco MVHR DucoBox Energy Premium 460 - 2 zone control with heater - left

The DucoBox MVHR Energy Premium is DUCO's latest acquisition, indicating that they have developed the quietest System D in Europe. The DucoBox Energy 460 MVHR has a ventilation capacity of 460m³/h and is equipped with a wireless receiver, a 100% bypass and a constant flow control. This makes it possible for the air flow between the extract and supply side to remain constant should the filters become dirty. The second advantage is the automatic adjustment, an adjustment based on constant pressure saves up to 50% of the time.

DucoBox energy 2-zone system (day and night zone)

The DucoBox Energy Premium with the 2-zone system (types 2Z) offers the possibility to divide the house in a day- and nightzone. This means that ventilation only takes place in that zone. The advantages of this are that less energy is used, the unit runs more quietly and a higher efficiency is possible. Are you using the integrated 2-zone system? Then take into account the naming of the zones. Zone 1 is the sloping side of the DucoBox Energy Premium.

Type DucoBox Energy Premium Value
Type 460 2ZH L
Discharge capacity 325 m³/h
Supply capacity Up to 464 m³/h total and up to 290 m³/h per zone

By using a 2-zone system as standard, the calculated supply capacity may be reduced to 70% in effective control.

What is an MVHR unit? Energy-efficient ventilation
What is an MVHR unit? Energy-efficient ventilation
The abbreviation MVHR stands for heat recovery and is a method of ventilation in which as little heat as possible is lost. With MVHR ventilation, the used, warm air is simply removed and its heat is transferred to the fresh, cold air that flows through the ventilation system into the house. An MVHR unit keeps the air flows in your home balanced, which is why it is also known as balanced ventilation. The system is also known as 'ventilation system D'.
