HomEvap MVRH cooler

The HomEvap MVHR cooler is compatible with any MVHR, includes wireless control and is completely legionella safe. The HomEvap was developed to create a pleasantly cool indoor climate. It has succeeded!

The cooler (HEPC) can be connected to any heat recovery system, or to the return air supply in the home, by means of connectors. The cooler can be easily connected to your water supply and drainage. In addition, the HomEvap always includes Hedis wireless control which you can use to configure the cooler and operate it fully automatically.

Operating the HomEvap MVHR cooler

Via the return air (MVHR extraction on the living side), the air passes through a humidified matrix and legionella filter. This cools the air down to very close to the wet bulb temperature of this air. For example, 29C/30% is cooled to 20C/75% — an efficiency of as much as 80%. This is also called adiabatic cooling. The heat exchanger is now a cold exchanger. This achieves quiet, safe and energy efficient cooling of the air in your home.

Would you like to know more about adiabatic cooling? We explain all about it on our blog.

Advantages of the HomEvap MVHR cooler

  • Fully automatic operation due to the wireless control
  • Can be connected directly to any MVHR system
  • Proven results for 10 years
  • Fully automatic operation
  • Low running costs

Adiabatic cooling: of course!
Adiabatic cooling: of course!
Adiabatic cooling, or evaporative cooling, is an effective way of cooling. The air inside is cooled by evaporating water. It is a more energy-efficient and sustainable alternative to regular air conditioning. Depending on the airflow, this way of cooling is up to 80% more efficient and has been used for centuries. In this blog, we explain adiabatic cooling and why it is also an effective way of cooling at home.
