The Soudaseal 240FC is a hybrid joint and adhesive sealant based on MS Polymer. This sealant is used to glue and seal smooth and porous substrates. Even if the substrate is slightly damp, you can rest assured that this adhesive sealant will do its job. The chance of mould forming is virtually nil. The sealant is easy to apply and dries neatly. Skin formation takes place after about 10 minutes and the curing speed is 2 to 3 mm/d.
The MS Polymer technology guarantees excellent quality, durable high elasticity and long weather and UV resistance. Furthermore, this adhesive sealant is not very sensitive to chemicals. Soudaseal 240FC is available in the colour grey if desired, you can paint over the sealant.
