Do you prefer bank transfers? Then the initiative of the payment lies entirely with you. The order will not be processed by us until the amount due has reached us. The amount paid by you must correspond exactly to the amount of the order placed. Please always mention your order number in the reference of your transfer.
The coupon code/discount code can be added to the shopping basket. The "Add coupon code" button is located below the items in your shopping basket. The discount will be calculated automatically once you have entered a valid coupon code.
The invoice will be sent to your email address as soon as your parcel leaves our premises. You can find it in your account, if you have it.
Should you nevertheless wish to cancel or return your order, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days after you have informed us. If there are traces of use on the goods, then there may be a reduction in value.
