Are all products always in stock?

All the products we offer in our webshop are normally in stock. In the unlikely event that an item has just been sold out, we can usually deliver the item within a few working days. If this delivery time does not suit you, we will refund the purchase amount to you free of charge within the statutory period of 14 days. Of course, we will make every effort to be accommodating in these exceptional situations. If you're working to a tight deadline and need a clear estimate of when you can expect to receive an order you have made, or intend to make, please give us a call.

How do I place an order online?

You can place the desired product in the shopping basket by pressing the green button next to the product in question. You can then view your shopping basket at the top right of the page. If you then follow the green buttons, you will go through the steps of the ordering process. We will remove the products from your shopping basket and pack them neatly. The order will come to you as soon as possible!

Do I need an account to order?

No, you don't. However, we do need your details so the package can reach you as soon as possible. It is useful to create an account if you want to place another order later.

Can I change my order?

This is only possible if your parcel has not yet left our warehouse. But the people in our warehouse are working very hard, so please call us as soon as possible on 01753 260 000 in order to be able to make the change in time.

Can I cancel my order?

Where can I add the coupon code/discount code?

The coupon code/discount code can be added to the shopping basket. The "Add coupon code" button is located below the items in your shopping basket. The discount will be calculated automatically once you have entered a valid coupon code.

How can I compare products?

In the category, where you can see all products (e.g. 'Bathroom Fan Standard'), you can tick 'Compare' under the product price. As soon as you have ticked 2 or more interesting products, the 'Compare products' bar will appear. Of course you can always contact us, so that we can give you detailed advice.
