* Ordered on Mon-Fri before 15:30? Then you can expect your order in two days! Ordered after 15:30? Then we will ship your order the next working day or if you ordered Friday after 15:30 we will ship your order on Saturday. This depends on the stock status on our website. See what this means below.
Stock status: 2 working days (product in stock)
For most items in our range, if you order before 15:30, you will receive your product in two days. If, due to specific circumstances, a product is not immediately available, you will be notified of the delivery time.
Stock status: 3 working days
This means that the delivery time is 3 working days. These products are delivered from a different warehouse and therefore the delivery time is delayed by one day. We ask you to contact us for an exact delivery time.
Stock status: 3-5 working days
Means that it takes 3-5 working days for us to deliver your order. Products are delivered in cooperation with our supplier. The delivery time 3-5 working days may vary per order and depends among other things on the products and quantities ordered.
Stock status: 5-10 working days
Products with a delivery time of 5-10 working days will, in most cases, have to be specially ordered or produced for you. The delivery time of 5-10 working days may vary per order and depends on the products and quantities ordered. Please contact us for an exact delivery time.
Stock status: 12-17 working days
Products with a stock status of 12-17 working days will, in most cases, be products that have to be made especially for you, by us. Do you need an exact delivery time? Please contact us.
If one or more items of your order have a longer delivery time, we will ship your order as a whole. If you wish to receive certain items anyway, we can make an exception in some situations. Please contact us for this purpose.

Incoming orders on the above and national holidays (in The Netherlands) will be processed/shipped on the next business day.
All orders are sent via the parcel service of PostNL and generally delivered within 48 hours on Monday to Saturday. You will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code when the parcel leaves our warehouse. On the day of delivery you can see the exact time period, allowing you to follow the status of your order step by step.
Our parcels will be delivered to your door once by PostNL. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be taken to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there in one week, at a time that suits you.

Have you placed an order with us that cannot be sent via the regular parcel service? This may be due to the number of items and/or the size of a certain item. In this case, the shipment will be sent via pallet transport. Pallet shipments could take one working day longer.
For larger products that are delivered on a pallet, a charge of £50 will be made. The costs for pallet shipments are per pallet. Pallet prices are only charged for the following products: Heat recovery systems, ventilation systems with connections of Ø400 and larger. Thermoduct pipes and spiral ducts.
