Who is Ventilationland?
Ventilationland is the webshop of parent company Econox bv. We have been supplying and manufacturing all kinds of ventilation products throughout Europe for many many years. In order for private individuals to be able to use our products and services, we have developed this webshop. Thanks to our many years of expertise and extensive knowledge, you can be confident that you only receive quality products. Do you also sell to companies?
We also sell to companies. We offer additional conditions for companies in possession of a Chamber of Commerce number and a VAT number. Feel free to contact us for the terms and conditions.
Can you install the products as well?
Sorry, but we aren't offering an installation service at the moment.
Do I really get at least 2 years warranty on my purchases?
Yes, we sell quality products, that's why we always give you 2 years warranty on all your purchases. On some articles even more, this is mentioned in the specifications of the article. If there is something wrong with one of our products, please contact us and we will take care of the repair. If a product is no longer in our collection, we will suggest a replacement. Of course at our expense.
I have a complaint. Who can I turn to?
If you have a complaint, please let us know via our contact form. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint and, if necessary, take internal action so that you or other customers are not faced with any problems. Also take a look at our general terms and conditions.
Do you have a complaint about a product or service? Then we regret this very much and will be happy to help you. Please contact us directly via the contact form. After filling in and sending the online form you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible, but you will receive a response within 3 working days. What happens if you, as a consumer, are not happy with the solution or we cannot come to an agreement? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
