Itho Daalderop DuoZone set for the HRU 400

The new smart zoning solution from Itho Daalderop: the HRU 400 DuoZone set. With the DuoZone set, you can divide the house into 2 zones, making the HRU system more efficient, more energy efficient and quieter. The set consists of:

  • 2 zone valves
  • 2 CO2 sensors

In the HRU 400 heat recovery unit is already a humidity sensor built in, so this set does not include an extra control for the bathroom.
The 2 valves are placed on the supply channels of the HRU, or directly on the HRU. The CO2 sensors are placed in the living room and in the master bedroom. The valves will open or close further on the basis of the CO2 values. The valves are never fully closed, there is always minimal ventilation. Read more about the DuoZone and QuattroZone in our blog.
